Pastor Tawanna Grant

Senior Vice President

I serve as a Senior Vice President at Truist, where I lead high-performing teams that drive technological innovation and strategic solutions within the financial services industry. My work centers on software engineering, operational leadership, and digital transformation—helping organizations move forward with clarity, innovation, and measurable results for both clients and stakeholders.

Beyond my corporate leadership, I am honored to pastor and shepherd Ephesians320 Church alongside my husband in the beautiful city of Riverdale, Georgia. Together, we are committed to building a thriving faith community that equips believers, develops leaders, and empowers people to walk boldly in their God-given purpose. I also serve as Board Chairman of Women Inspiring and Networking Transitional Home, where I provide strategic leadership and mentorship to support young women as they rebuild, grow, and step confidently into their future.

Investing in the next generation of women leaders is deeply important to me.As an entrepreneur, I own and operate several successful family businesses, creating opportunities that foster growth, resilience, and innovation within the small business community. These ventures reflect my passion for building sustainable enterprises and helping others succeed in business.

Mentorship is another cornerstone of my work. I actively mentor emerging leaders through organizations such as Women in Technology (WIT), Project Management Professional (PMP) and the Information Technology Senior Management Forum (ITSMF), helping to cultivate the next generation of innovators and executives.I am also the host of the “Monday Money” podcast, where I share insights on financial literacy, business resilience, and growth strategies for entrepreneurs and leaders who want to build with wisdom and intention.

At the center of everything I do is a principle that guides my life and leadership: “You choose how you show up.” I believe intentional leadership, spiritually, professionally, and personally, empowers people to rise, lead well, and realize their full potential.

Isaiah 26:3 (KJV)
“Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.”
